There is a lot of talk about the need to achieve sustainable development, reduce carbon, and re-engineer our business and economic systems.  There is much less talk about what it takes, and the kind of thinking that is required.  What characterises the leaders who bring about sustainable change best?  Can these characteristics be bottled, and how can others develop them?

These questions prompted the Future Conversations research into Sustainability Intelligence.  Over the last two year the Sustainability Intelligence framework has been developed, trialled and tested.  At a time when new ways of thinking and acting are urgently required, we are raising awareness of what these looks like. 

We will explore the concept, what the statistics tell us about those most effective at leading sustainable change, and how the concept relates to you and your own leadership.
